Baked Orange Roughy Italian
Even the most pickest fish eater will like this baked orange roughy italian recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. orange roughy fillets
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
- Rinse fillets under cold water and pat dry
- Pre-heat oven to 400°
- In a shallow saucepan, melt butter, add garlic and saute(a couple of minutes)
- Add this garlic mixture to the seasoned bread crumbs, mix well
- Dredge the roughy fillets in the breadcrumb mixture dip
- Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily
