Baked Orange Roughy Italian


Even the most pickest fish eater will like this baked orange roughy italian recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. orange roughy fillets

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Rinse fillets under cold water and pat dry
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400°
  3. In a shallow saucepan, melt butter, add garlic and saute(a couple of minutes)
  4. Add this garlic mixture to the seasoned bread crumbs, mix well
  5. Dredge the roughy fillets in the breadcrumb mixture dip
  6. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet
  7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily
