Best way to Cook Frozen Fish?
My question is what is the best way to cook frozen fish.Like cod,flounder,orange roughy.And can i use any grill.

It is best not to cook your fish from the frozen state. Always thaw your fish first, by using the 24 hours in the refrigerator method. As far as cooking them, all of these fish can be baked broiled fried and you could even grill the cod or orange roughy out on the BBQ grill. If you would grill them place them on a sheet of foil or put them in a grilling fish basket.
I would go light on any seasoning that you may like being these fish are pretty mild in flavor. You don't want to cover up the flavor of the fish.
