Boiling Halibut For Poor Man's Lobster

Is boiling halibut like poor man's lobster okay? If I would cut it into chunks about 1" how long would I boil them?

Hi Pat
Halibut makes great poor man's lobster. You should bring your water with the seasonings to a boil and then add your chunks of halibut. Boil for about 5 minutes or so until the halibut starts to float.
