Cajun Seasonings

I have always been a big fan of Cajun seasonings, whether I'm using it on seafood, chicken or even steaks. I like to add just enough to enhance the flavor of the food and not over power it. You can add them to the fish or seafood before or after you cook it.

Cajun seasonings can be added to your breading to for additional flavor. if you are going to be frying your seafood, I would suggest that to season the fish first then coating in the seasoned breading. This way your seasoning will be sealed in as it fries.

If your taste buds are sensitive to salt, you might want to look fro a salt free or low salt seasoning.
