How to cook in oven with garlic?

Hi Vonnie
I'm assuming that you may have bought the snails in the can. The best way to cook and serve escargot is to purchase some escargot dishes you can probably find these online at any cookware outlet.
Add your escargot to the bottom of the shell and then fill it with garlic butter.
A simple recipe is take cloves of garlic and a half a stick of butter, a pinch of salt and some finely chopped parsley.
Use as much garlic as you like to taste.
Preheat the oven to 450° and bake for about seven minutes.
Another way that you can cook these, but is really hard to serve. Is to use a many muffin pan and use the same method as above. Once cooked, you could transfer them to a very small serving dish.
