Cooking Fish and Fries in the Same Oil.

Question:
Can someone who is allergic to fish get sick 2 days after calamari was cooked in a deep fryer and oil wasn't changed for 2 days and then fries get cooked and the person eats the fries ?
Answer:
Since I'm not a doctor, I really cannot give you a straight answer to your question. But I can tell you I never cook fish and fries in the same oil. I have a fryer for my fish and one for my fries.
I also filter my oil after every cooking and place it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh as possible and very rarely do I use the same oil for more than 3 times of frying.
