Kingfish is a common name for the Wahoo fish. Wahoo has a low fat content, so you need to be careful when cooking it so it won't dry out on you. This is an excellent fish for grilling or broiling. Marinating it before you cook it will not only help with retaining the moisture, but will enhance the mild flavor also.
