Easy Grilled Salmon Recipe
Plan a little ahead for this easy grilled salmon recipe as you will need to let it marinade for about
an hour. You can use Salmon fillets instead of the steaks, but you will just need to adjust the cooking time.
When grilling make sure to not overcook your Salmon as it will dry out fast. Plus remember that the Salmon
will keep cooking after you remove it from the grill.
You can use whatever steak sauce you like the best. There are so many types out now that you could experiment
with different sauces each time you make this recipe.
Ingredients
- 4- 6 to 8 oz Salmon Steaks
- 1/2 cup Steak Sauce
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 Green Onions finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Directions
- Rinse the Salmon steaks under cold water and pat dry
- Add the steak sauce, lemon juice, sugar, black pepper, olive oil and green onions into a bowl and
mix throughly
- Place Salmon Steaks in glass dish and coat with a 1/2 cup of the lemon-steak sauce marinade. Reserve the rest
- Cover and marinade in the refrigerator about 1 hour, turn 2 or 3 times during this time
- Remove Salmon from marinade
- Brush grill with oil
- Grill Salmon steaks on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side
- Brush Salmon often with reserved marinade during grilling
Note: Remember when grilling to use the 10 minute an inch rule and adjust your cooking time to how hot your
grill is.
