Flavor of Haddock?

I'm from Fl and have never had haddock that I know of. How would you compare it to grouper or trigger fish in taste. I don't like pompano or any oily fish. What way is it best cooked?

If you like grouper or triggerfish you will also like Haddock, it is very similar in taste and texture. Cook it the same way you cook your grouper. You can bake, broil or fry it.
