Flavor/Textures of Fish
I LOVE that chart you made for the 'Mild' fish, which calls out the textures. Have you done that for any 'non' mild fish? I was looking for something that described the fish flavor (mild, salty, etc.)and texture for all common food fish. I am trying to get into cooking more fish, and knowing this will help me decide how to prepare it and what to serve with it! Thanks so much!
That has been on my "To Do" List for a while. Hopefully in the next 3 or 4 weeks I can get it done.
