Flavor/Textures of Fish

I LOVE that chart you made for the 'Mild' fish, which calls out the textures. Have you done that for any 'non' mild fish? I was looking for something that described the fish flavor (mild, salty, etc.)and texture for all common food fish. I am trying to get into cooking more fish, and knowing this will help me decide how to prepare it and what to serve with it! Thanks so much! |
