Grilled Shrimp Recipes

Shrimp is one of the easiest shellfish you can grill. I can tell you that you will spend more time prepping them, then you will grilling them. Some grilled shrimp recipes call for different sizes of shrimp, I prefer to use a shrimp size from extra large (26 to 30 per lb.), all the way up to a U/10 ( under 10 per lb.).

If you are going to be grilling a lot of shrimp at a time, skewers are the best thing to use. If you are using wooden skewers make sure you soak them in water for about 1 hour first, so they won't burn on you.

A good alternative for wooden skewers is metal skwers. To keep the shrimp from turning on wood skewers, I use 2 skewers, inserting one at the tail and the other one towards the head of the shrimp.
