How do you cook a large piece of Swordfish, bake or broil?


Hi Val

The ten minute per inch of thickness of the fish would be a good guideline for you to follow. Baking temperature should be 350 to 375 degrees. If broiling make sure not to get it to close to the broiler element.

Swordfish is excellent grilled. A simple method for grilling is to baste the Swordfish with olive and lemon juice before and while cooking it.

Make sure not to overcook it, as it will dry out on you.
