I read your list of Mild tasting fish. Could you break it down further for me into "very" mild tasting fish? I am trying to include more fish in my diet, but can't seem to stomach the "fishy" taste of some fish. I recently had Chilean Sea Bass which I liked, but it was cooked in a flavorful manner which helps. I look forward to hearing from you, and thanks for your help!

Hi Deborah

When shopping for the mildest fish, look for fish that have really white flesh, like Cod, Halibut, Grouper, Haddock or Flounder. White fleshed fish from colder waters like Alaska or Iceland will be on the very mild side too.

For fish that have a darker flesh on the skin side, you will want to remove the darker meat.

Do this by taking a fillet knife and slicing the dark meat away.
