Lobsters

I've had only warm and cold water lobsters. How does the flavor of a Maine lobster compare to a warm or cold water lobster?

Hi Corrine

The Maine lobster will compare much more to the cold water tail then the warm. For me, I find that the cold water tail is a little sweeter than Maine lobsters.
