Mild Fish Flavors and Textures

Question:
I would like to have a list of the fish that are mild in flavor such as Orange roughy. Also, to know if each is meaty or less meaty in texture.

Thanks for asking your question. I made a chart for you, listing some of the more common fish you might find.
But I would like to add that every persons taste buds are different. What may be a mild tasting fish to me, would seem strong to another person.
