Oven Cooking A 20lb. Catfish

How long do you cook a 20lb. catfish in the oven? My nephew just called from NC and he just caught and weighted this catfish. Please let me know so I can call him back. Thanks, Irene

Hi Irene

A fish that large would be best if he would fillet it or makes steaks out of it. That way the fillets or steaks could be close to the same thickness for better cooking.
