Rock Fish Substitutions
by: Cookingfishmonger

Many fish are called rock fish, probably well over 100. The best I can tell you without knowing the exact rock fish species is you should be able to substitute it with any mild flavored white fish, that has a medium firm texture to it.
Try Cod, Halibut, Grouper
