	Shelf Life of Shrimp? by Renee (Columbus, Ohio USA) What is the shelf life of shrimp purchased from the grocery store, not frozen? Answer Renee Buying non frozen shrimp is a tricky subject. You really don't know how long they have already been thawed and if they have been held at the right temperature. My suggestion would be to always use the shrimp the same day you bought them.
