Storing Cooked Shrimp in the Refrigerator

If I'm not going to use the shrimp until the next day is it best to peel before putting them in the frig or should I put them in unpeeled? TX

Hi Gini

Either way is fine. Just make sure to put them in a air tight container and I would layer the bottom of the container with a few paper towels so they can absorb any water that drains off the shrimp.
