What is the Best Scallop?
Sea or Bay

Question:
Which are better, Sea or Bay Scallops? I know the Sea scallop is larger.
Answer:
The sea scallop will be a much sweeter scallop, because of the waters they come from. I like to use sea scallops for making bacon wrapped scallops and for grilling.

Bay scallops are great for frying.
